All orders are handmade and shipped from Germany.
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that I do not offer free returns - the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact me first. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once I receive and inspect the item, I’ll issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping).
Please note that in some cases a €10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
