Refund policy


We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

 

 

 

 


Return Conditions

 

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or quantity-based discount (for example, 5-piece sets) cannot be returned individually. The entire bundle must be returned in full.

  • A tracking number is required as proof of return shipping.

 

 

 

 


How to Request a Return

 

  1. You can contact us at info@fairygardenglow.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will email you detailed return instructions along with the return address where the item must be sent.

  3. Email us your tracking number or shipping receipt.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.



 



Important Notes

 

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.

  • Items returned outside the stated time frames are not eligible for a refund.

  • In some cases, a €10 restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


 




Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund or shop credit.

  • If an item is damaged during shipping, we will assess the issue and, when possible, offer repair or replacement. In approved cases, return shipping for repairs will be refunded.

  • Damage caused after delivery by the customer may be repaired upon request, but shipping costs are not refundable.


 

 

 

Shipping Returns

 

  • Customers must provide a tracking number for all returns.

  • Items must be packaged with the same care and integrity as when originally shipped.

  • The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, including both original and return shipping fees.

  • Any additional fees incurred due to the customer not following the return instructions provided (including customs charges, incorrect shipping methods, or missing documentation) will be deducted from the refund total.

 

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or worn items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take several days to process and post the refund.
